All orders are sent using one of the following Royal Mail services*:
1. 2nd Class Signed For
2. International Tracked & Signed
3. International Tracked
4. International Signed
* service used depends on what is available in destination country

All delivery times are estimations and cannot be guaranteed. Tracking numbers are provided where applicable and are available upon request.

Please note that international shipping fees applied to your order do not include customs fees. These charges vary depending on the order/country so please be aware that an additional charge may need to be paid as your parcel makes its way to you. Please seek advice from your local customs office for more information.

RETURN POLICY
All orders can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Refunds do not include any original fees paid for shipping unless stated otherwise.
Bands and Bracelets must be returned in their original packaging; we cannot accept these items if they are out of their plastic sleeves
Refunds will be processed upon receipt of return.
