
Frequently Asked Questions
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day (excl. weekends). This is for both UK and International orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking details. Once you get your 16 digit tracking number, you can follow your parcel as it makes its way the delivery system.
UK deliveries are estimated to take 2-3 days after dispatch. International orders are estimated to take 7-10 days after dispatch. Please note, this is only an estimation based on the Royal Mail website and cannot be guaranteed; delays may occur as international parcels make their way through customs.
All payments are taken through PayPal to ensure a safe and easy transaction. The gateway also allows debit and credit card transactions.
Most products on the site are genuine Casio products; this will be stated in the product's description.
Non-genuine Casio products include the NATO/ZULU bands.
