When you shop using our web site, you will be covered by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations and all amendments covered by UK Law.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, or any of the products we have supplied, please contact us in the first instance to allow us to address any problems you may have.

We ask that you inspect your goods on receipt and contact us within 48 hours if they are not the goods you ordered or if there is any visible damage to the product, or if you are short of any part of your order; This request does not affect your statutory rights.

We will arrange for an immediate refund or replacement. All watches sold on this site are genuine branded products and carry full manufacturers warranty.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY:

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.  They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

To get additional protection against fraud, please use the credit card authentication facilities provided as you go through the final payment stages;

Tiktox reserve the right to decline any credit or debit card order if appropriate to do so.

TAX CHARGES:

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. USA customers will NOT pay UK taxes.

BRITISH FORCES SERVING OVERSEAS.

We will gladly accept your order to a BFPO address, if you complete the card authentication window as you go through the final payment stage. We do not issue VAT free sales to BFPO addresses, but we will issue you with a valid  VAT reference number on our invoce; Your order will be considered as 'received safely' once it has been signed for by the BFPO office in the UK. We cannot be held responsible for goods not reaching your unit as we have no control over the delivery of internal mail or tracking of H.M Forces mailing operations.
