| Cooling off period |

| You have the right in law, to change your mind about your purchase and to cancel within seven days from receipt of the goods. Providing we receive notification from you during this period and providing we receive the goods within fourteen days from the day you received them, then we will make a full refund. This will be made up of the cost of the item purchased, along with the basic rate of postage that was included in the price; We will send you confirmation of the refund and will ensure the payment reversal is completed as soon as possible, or in any case, within three weeks of receiving the returned item from you. Payment will be in the form of the original payment method.

| Reasonably, we expect the goods to reach us in new condition and in the original manuafacturers packaging. This includes any promotional items sent in conjunction with the sale; Should you decide to keep these promotional items, we reserve the right to make a nominal charge in line with the manuafacturers RRP or in the case of our own bracelet adjustment kits, a charge not exceeding five pounds towards our costs. The cost of returning goods to us under the 'cooling off' period, is not refundable, but we strongly recommend that you use a minimum of Royal Mail's 'Recorded' delivery service, to give you insurance cover up to £30.00 against loss; Royal Mail recommend their 'Special Delivery' service for insurance cover above this amount, but if you are unsure, check at any Post Office. |

| We ask that you make sure the watch or watch bracelet/strap is to your liking before you carry out any final modifications/adjustments; We cannot accept watches or watch bands as returned items (under the seven day cooling off period), if they have been modified to your personal requirements; It would be fair for us to assume that you have accepted the goods, if you decide to go ahead with such modifications. |

| RETURNING FAULTY GOODS |

| Obviously, all watches should reach you in perfect condition, but in the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or not as described please contact us as soon as possible; A replacement will be sent or we will make a full refund on safe receipt of the original item. We reserve the right to have any item tested by the manufacturer before completing the refund process.
