Return Policy

RETURNING GOODS:

You have the right in law, to change your mind about your purchase and to cancel within seven days from receipt of the goods. Providing we receive notification from you during this period and providing that we receive the goods within fourteen days from the day you received them, then we will make a full refund; This refund will be made up of the cost of the item purchased, along with the basic rate of postage that was included in the price and less the cost of the following;

a) The 2% credit card fee levied on us by the credit card company at the point of sale when you first agreed to buy from us. b) The cost of one recorded postage* cost per watch, towards the cost of acquiring a new unmarked warranty document from the manufacturer.

We will send you confirmation of the refund and will ensure the payment reversal is completed as soon as possible, or in any case, no later than three weeks after receiving the returned item from you. Payment will be in either the form of the original payment method, or by cheque

* (based on Royal Mail recorded postal rates at the time)

Reasonably, we expect the goods to be returned to us in ‘as new’ condition and in the original manufacturers packaging. This includes any promotional or ' free with' goods, sent in conjunction with the sale; Should you decide to keep any of these items after returning your purchase, we reserve the right to make a nominal charge in line with the manufacturers RRP.

In the case of Hirsch watch straps, we will not refund if the strap has been fitted or showing any signs of wear.

The cost of returning goods to us under the 'cooling off' period, is not refundable, but we strongly recommend that you use a minimum of Royal Mail's 'Recorded' delivery service, to give you insurance cover up to £30.00 against loss; Royal Mail recommend their 'Special Delivery' service for insurance cover above this amount, but if you are unsure, check at any Post Office or at www.royalmail.com

RETURNING MODIFIED GOODS:

We ask that you make sure the watch or custom watch bracelet/strap is to your liking before you carry out any final modifications or adjustments; We cannot accept watches or watch bands as returned items (under the seven day cooling off period), if they have been modified to your personal requirements ( as in the case of 'custom' models); It would be fair for us to assume that you have accepted the goods, if you decide to go ahead with such modifications.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights and does not affect the terms laid out in the manufacturers warranty.

RETURNING FAULTY GOODS:

Obviously, all watches should reach you in perfect condition, but in the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or not as described please contact us immediately; A replacement will be sent or we will make a full refund on safe receipt of the original item. We reserve the right to have any item tested by the manufacturer before completing the refund process. Refundable postage costs will be paid at Royal Mail’s ‘recorded’ postal rate, for items under fifty pounds and at ‘Special Delivery’ postal rate for dearer items. Costs incurred for Express or Courier services, will not be refunded.
